Am I missing anything? Any problems with the above? I'd rather find out before I start opening boxes. Thanks!

Did you order thermal compound? This is the only thing I see missing.

I wish you hadn't ordered the parts already. I could've saved you close to $200

WD Black 640GB instead of VRaptor ($150+ savings) for close to the same speeds
Samsung DVD Burner instead of Plaxtor ($20 savings)
Xigmatek Dark Knight instead of CPNS9700 ($10 savings) for better cooling

You could've went with a 550w PSU but I'm okay with the 650w PSU in your system.

Yes, thermal compound comes with the cpu cooler.

WD Black instead of VRaptor? $150? I might have to return one for the other.

And I looked for the Xigmtek Dark Knight, but didn't find in at Egghead where I got all the rest of my stuff.

Great feedback, thanks! This is only my 2nd build, so I'm not quite so confident of myself yet.

Here are the Newegg links to my recommendations. I forgot to include them in my original reply...
XIGMATEK Dark Knight-S1283V 120mm Long Life Bearing CPU Cooler - Retail $44.98
Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - OEM $74.99 As you see, you payed $230 for a HDD, when you can get one for $75 that performs almost as good as the VRaptor

Got it. Just ordered the Caviar Black and the Xigmatek. I'll still be ahead of the game even after a 15% restocking fee.
