My PC (HD 4890 1GB) is hooked up to my HDTV via HDMI converter. There is a horizontal green/gray line at the very bottom of my TV, only sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not.

I've tried reinstalling all my drivers which didn't help and I've heard changing to R.G.B. mode may help, but it's not in the CCC options as far as I can tell.

There is no firmware update for my TV so I seem to be stuck. Any ideas?

hmm. i used to have a similar issue with a 42" phillips lcd. i had a lot of green lines on the right side of the screen. tried different cable, updating firmware of tv but never solved it. i think it happens because the tv pans the screen so much into one side that it can't display anything on the opposite side, so it ends up green.

Anything I can do to fix it?

sometimes when I change the resolution for a while and then change back to 1920x1080 then line goes away, if that helps at all?

Is there a way on ATI to move the screen down a couple pixels? I know there is a way on Nvidia, where you can move the desktop.
