i have a phenom II x3 720 non black edition processor with cool n quiet turned on. Installed both windows 7 64bit and windows xp 32bit. when i ran cpu-z on windows 7, i see the multiplier is only x4 and using low voltage, indicating that cool n quiet is working. but in win xp, the multiplier is still x14 at 2.8ghz. how can i make cool n quiet work in xp?

ok, problem solved.. i never thought amd has processor drivers for xp. topic closed :)
