Hi
I have the asus m3a78-emh motherboard (with the internal hd3200 gpu), and i bought sapphire hd4350.
I tried enabling hybrid crossfirex on both windows 7 (32bit) ultimate RC & profession final. On both nor catalist nor windows recognize the internal card and the catalist don't have an hybrid crossfirex option.

What should I do?

My understanding is that Hybrid CrossFireX only supports 2400 and 3400 series cards.
I do not think you are going to be able to get this to work.

Even if it where possible, the performance would be much lower than a single more decent GPU.
Assuming you are still able, I would recommend exchanging your 4350 for a 4650 DDR3 or 4670.
Either will easily multiply your gaming performance for not much more $.
