Average price for hp laptop

Is $330 a good price for an hp mini laptop that's 2 years old, 2gB memeory, 120GB Hard Drive(110GB free space) But there is no warranty on the HP. Would you buy it from a private owner?

You would need more spces than memory and the HD to determine if it is a good price. I am leary of buying used laptops, it could very well be that a new laptop with the same specs at this one is only $100 more since prices decrease very rapidly.
