560 ti Superclocked VS. ECS 570 GTX

Never heard of this vendor b4 but this card has great reviews and its the cheapest, all 5 star rating except for one guy that said:

" not sure why but it does not run any better than my 4870 512mb card i had"

"bought this card for a new build had some parts not work so i had put it in my old computer running windows xp so that may be why it does not run better. Hopefully when i get my new system running with windows 7 64 bit it will perform better"
