Install driver for Geforce 8600 GTS

Hello,
I tried to update my drivers for my graphic card by installing the 285.58 version but it won't be installed saying :
Update NVIDIA 1.5.20 .. non installed
nView 135 non installed
driver 285.58 failed

I taught it was a conflict issue so I removed the drivers completly (even folders on C: and Program files after desinstalling ) and retried again and I have the same problem ( plus PhysX non installed too ) .And when I try to install an older version like 175.16 it's somehow installing (though it pretty fast ) but when I restart my computer it's as if the driver is not installed T_T .
I tried many version but I have the same issue .

I have XP, intel E6750 duo core, motherboard : Asus Commando.

Remove all the old drivers first and restart.
Turn off the antivirus, if you have multiple security programs installed, turn them all off.
Turn off the firewall. Load the new drivers, restart, turn all the security back on.
The security is blocking the installation.

Thanks for you help but I have the same problem even when I turn off all securities, firewalls. T_T
