Motherboard / Vcard advice please

Hey I have a 2.4ghz Quad Core CPU, 4 x 1gb 800hz ram, msi-7325 motherboard.

My GT 8800 ultra 768mb graphics card died.

Now I wouldn't mind doing a bit of upgrading, and I was looking at

But I would need a motherboard with pci-e 2 to fully support it?

So I need a new ATX motherboard to go in my coolmaster case, which supports the ram and cpu.

Can anyone offer advice on v/card and if necessary mainboard? Thanks

I wouldn't worry much about the PCIe being 1.0 or 2.0 you will only see a few fps difference between the two.
