The 4670 is far faster, the GT 220 isn't meant for gaming but is meant to be a cheap IGP alternative for HD playback and such.

The GT220 shouldn't be available for another month (btw, it has similar performance to the HD 4670, which will be cheaper) and I doubt it has 2.7GB memory (not even the GTX 295 has that much memory) so something doesn't add up here.

The HD 4670 probably has 512mb of dedicated memory while the gt220 has 2.7gb of total available memory (uses system ram?).

Even so, that amount of RAM is completly useless on such a poor performing card.

No, the GT 220 is just a slightly underclocked 9600 GSO with almost no memory to speak of (128-bit GDDR3) which a 4670 beats by a few frames. Given that information, I guarantee a 4670 will stomp it.

Also it has only 1GB of GDDR3 at a useless bandwidth of 128-bit.
