You go to the dell website and download the drivers. It's Free.
Before loading drivers from dell, you make sure you have the "dell downloads manager" installed FIRST. You turn off the antivirus, because it will block your driver installations.
After installing the drivers, restart the computer and turn the antivirus back ON.
