I am building a new computer. I have purchased a Antec 1200 Case and will be installing a EVGA E758-TR 3-Way SLI (x16/x16/x8) LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard along with a i7-920 CPU.

I like the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme 1366 Revision C CPU Cooler but my question is will it fit in the case?

The dimensions that I found for it were L133 x W156 x H38 mm.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

I can vouch for the Prolimatech Megashadow fitting in the 1200 but not with that MoBo.

Megashadow dims are 130 x 74 x 158.7 mm (L x W x H)
