Cyclic redundancy error on ssd

I have a laptop with an SSD and a normal HD. When trying to make a disk image of the SSD (by using DriveImage XML) I get an CRC error on my SSD.
My SSD is a Solidata K6-128GB.
What can I do to get rid of the CRC error?

TIA

  1. Assuming Windows, run a checkdisk and have it scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors before you attempt to make the image. Barring that, try another drive imaging tool.
