OK... to me this seems strange, two different machines running here & my question is why?? Why is the far superior notebook scoring lower than the inferior machine

1st machine -
D630
2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7300
4gb of ram
60gig 5400rpm hdd
Intel Mobile 965 express chipset
Windows 7 Pro 64bit ~ Fully updated with Dell and Windows update
WINDOWS EXPERIENCE SCORE ~ 3.1

2nd machine
D620
1.83GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T2400
2gb of ram
80gig 7200 RPM hdd
Intel Mobile 945 express chipset
Windows 7 Pro 32bit ~ Fully updated with both Dell and Windows update
WINDOWS EXPERIENCE SCORE ~ 3.2

Ive tried switching the 2 hard drives and get the same low sub-score which is in the 3d graphics...

Unrelated... FYI Both Seagate Momentus hd's 5400 sub-score 4.5 and the 7200 sub-score 5.9 scored this both in the D630 and both in the D620

It's just the Windows Experience score.... And you'd be lucky to run any recent PC game with that onboard video....

Probablt due to the lower overhead that W7 Pro 32-bit doesn't have that x64 does.

Im not trying to play games, I just get them, clean them up, load them and sell them and would like some understanding as to why the 2 score differently in favor of what would appear to be the lesser machine. i personally use a D630 w/ an intel core 2 duo @ 2.6GHz / 4gb of ram / nvidia quadro nvs 135m / 500gb 7200 rpm hdd and I get a 4.9 on the windows experience but like I said I dont game, would this do ok with recent games?
