WinXP pro. short cuts and sys restore not working

I am running Win XP Pro. SP3 IE9 and installed Mozzila Firefox. I don't remember exactly what caused the Short Cuts to stop working. First I tried removing Firefox, without success, then I tried using Sys Restore to resolve the problem but that decided to not go back beyond the present date. Download Ccleaner and clean your system an registry .. unistal mozilla through ccleaner .. Then install again mozilla. perhaps it will help u ..
