Video card question

I have an integrated video card as well as an HD 4890. I find the 4890 quite loud when Im just surfing the net and not gaming. Is there a way to turn off the HD 4890 and use the integrated video card, then just turn it back on when i want to game? Any help would be appreciated!

^ You can do it in the BIOS but the drivers installed would give you issues...
Instead you can set profiles in the CCC that would reduce the fan's RPM in 2D mode and another profile with higher RPM for Gaming mode...So that might help solve the problem...

+1 for gkay with the profiles. It should be pretty easy to set up and only takes a couple clicks to switch between the two.
