I have a problem with my graphics card Sapphire HD3850 AGP. When I power up my PC the screen worked but once it went to Windows the screen went black. I went to safe mode, uninstalled the graphics card, and the drivers. And it worked.

Reinstalled the latest ATI drivers, however now I have a new problem. The Hardware Acceleration doesn't work. Display Properties > Advanced > Troubleshoot = Full Acceleration.

When I go to Direct X Diagnostics this is what it says:

Quote :

Direct Draw: Not Available
Direct3D Acceleration: Not Available
AGP Texture Acceleration: Not Available

No problems found.
To test DirectDraw functionality, click the "Test DirectDraw" button above.
Direct3D functionality not available. You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacturer.

I've tried installing earlier drivers, but still to no avail.
I've tried reinstalling Direct X, still no good.
The graphics card was over clocked using ATI Overdrive.
Could it be Hardware issue? I don't have another PC to test it out.
Power Supply and Video Card are 6 months old.

Any suggestions?
