Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

What specifications do your PC have? I assume that with "RAM EXPANSION" you want mean, add more RAM to your system

1- What mobo do you have?
2- What is your budget?
3- List all the specifications of your rig. GPU, CPU, PSU, HDD, RAM, Mobo and Case.

Open the case of your rig, and look for a printed name in some place of your mobo. Ussually is near to the PCI slots.

Now, with $200 you only can get CPU and mobo.

That's not the info that I need. Go to the device manager and take a look of the CPU, memory and mobo sections.
