I'm browsing internet for some time, haven't found any SLC based SSD drive, with SATA3 interface. As I have been reading, SLC is much faster and reliable than MLC ones, but still, if there is no SATA3 SLC's, but there is a bunch of MLC's with SATA3, does that mean SLC development is stopped by manufacturers?
I'm considering to buy a 30-60 GB SSD for my Win system. Reading through articles, understood that I need SSD either with PCI-E or SATA3 interface, with ~500 Mb/s speed. Currently, I see that only MLC is avilable - no SLC's, is that true?
