Motherboard ID

i need help identifying a motherboard. it has CL-2 94V-0 E241819 silk screened next to the embedded 1ghz VIA cpu. There is a label just above the memory slot that has V626EMP1G printed on it. These are the only identifying marks i can find. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
