Rate these two builds value vs performance

Ok here are two systems is there a substantial performance difference. I play on a 1920x1080 Vista 64 games mostly like wow warhammer and some fps and will both systems play high end games.

Neither, if you instead take that first mega combo and break it down into its various components you can get a better deal with better components, the case is rather expensive and the PSU isnt great(you can get a corsair for the same price after MIR) and you can get a faster HDD for $5 more. If you use the format shown here we can help you pick out a better system than either of those
