System crashed after 2gb Corsair upgrade...

before half year i bought PC

MSI P45 DiamonD
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3ghz 6mb
Msi Radeon R4870-MD1G
Corsair CM3X2G1333C9 1.60V ver2.1
DVD Writer Samsung (SATA)
Be Quiet 750W Dark Power PRo7
1x WD 1TB 64mb Cash
1x Samsung 250gb 16mb Cash

After that i did upgrade 2gb Ram same as my Corsair CM3X2G1333C9 1.60V ver2.1 ´the system boot up was sucsefull but after 1min, System got freezed

OS Windows 7 x86 Ultimate.

Pleaase Help!!!!
