System crashed after 2gb Corsair upgrade...

before half year i bought PC

MSI P45 DiamonD
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3ghz 6mb
Msi Radeon R4870-MD1G
Corsair CM3X2G1333C9 1.60V ver2.1
DVD Writer Samsung (SATA)
Be Quiet 750W Dark Power PRo7
1x WD 1TB 64mb Cash
1x Samsung 250gb 16mb Cash

After that i did upgrade 2gb Ram same as my Corsair CM3X2G1333C9 1.60V ver2.1 ´the system boot up was sucsefull but after 1min, System got freezed

OS Windows 7 x86 Ultimate.

Pleaase Help!!!!

Clear the bios for 30 minutes.
Run memtest86+ overnight and check for errors.

hey evongugg i´ve did that, no errors, but same trouble, some other advice?

i think so, in the BIOS is everything on default settings, its can not be changed.

no i am using 2x2gb ram corsair
but underclocked on 533mhz not 667mhz :D
