please help me to delete a for gotton administrator password in windows xp

Can you still login by another account ,if yes just login to that account and open command prompt.
In the command prompt window type this:

NET USER ADMINISTRATOR *

Here administrator is the name of administrator's account (which is often the same),rest will remain same.
Then press enter and a prompt will appear asking a new password.
Just type a new password or if you don't want to set a password don't type any thing and press enter.

I guess that's all.
