i have a e8400 and im going to put a Tuniq Tower 120 Universal CPU Cooler in for overclocking.The fan comes with a 3 pin connector and my mother board has a 4 pin connector will it work?or is there some converter i have to buy?Thankyou for your help.

It'll work. I believe the fourth pin has something to do with switching the fan speed automatically based on temperature.
