FAKE Northbridge cooler?

I was reading that some new P55 boards come with FAKE Northbridge coolers. Um...why? Anyone who would know what it is and notice a P55 board doesn't have one would know why it doesn't need one, so what is the point, sentimentality? In that case we might as well stick on mazes of jumpers that don't do anything, gigantic capacitors that block even a 9300 GT, and why not some VESA Local Bus slots!?

Maybe its to block large aftermarket CPU coolers. The stock coolers are great already, right?
