I'm looking for someone who's a dab hand with a soldering iron.
One of the pins on the serial data connector has worked itself loose, see this thread for a further explanation*. I don't feel confident doing the job myself.
I'd quite like to find someone who has done this before. I would be able to supply a donor drive if you needed the whole 7+15 unit.
I'd pay for your time and also pay for the drive/s to be sent to you and back registered post.
Please contact me via email if interested. Ideally I wouldn't use Royal Mail and perhaps we could meet? I live in London and would be willing to travel to all points.
