The problem im having is that i cant see my hardrive even after selecting the driver. i have triple checked to make sure i have the right one but still nothing. I can see my HD in Bios but when i go to install my OS i cant see it.
Please help me.
P.S Tech support for Gigabyte stinks.
If you have both the sata cable and power supply cable installed, prep the hardrive with western digital software. Disconnect any old drives unless you want to make a drive to drive copy. During prep, make the new drive the boot device. Then be sure your boot order in the bios is cd>hardrive before trying to install windows.
