Hi all,

I am planning to purchase a new computer with intergraded graphics, I have a old card that I am planning to install it on the new comp. My question is will it work if I install a Radeon 2600XT PCI Express x16 graphic card on a PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot? does PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot only accept PCI Express 2.0 x16 card but not PCI Express x16?

it will work. you can have a pci e 1.0 card in a 2.0 slot, or a 2.0 card in a 1.0 slot.
