To answer my own question.

No.

BSOD after an hour or so in Prime95

Your voltage is really low (1.128v) Try increasing your voltage for stability.

Your temps aren't very high, so you should have some headroom with your voltage

CPU-Z is recording my CPU Vcore as my QPI/VTT for some reason.

1.3 is still pretty low for vCore. Try increasing that for stability. BSODs usually mean you aren't getting enough voltage for your clock speed. Your temps aren't bad so you should have some headroom to work with.

Ran Prime95 all night long

Temps were between 60-64

Seems quite stable.

CPUID Hardware Monitor registers different temps to Real-Temp 3.60

Which is more accurate?

60*C on Real-Temp is 50*C on CPUID

The temps realtemp is reporting seem more like the actual temps you could expect running that voltage and clock speed. I would say realtemp is right, but I don't think that's a broad statement. Could be that hardware monitor doesn't have the right info about your motherboard or something.
