Using a x68x-ud3h-b3 Motherboard

It's now on 1.35

Ran Prime95 all night long

Temps were between 60-64

Seems quite stable.

CPUID Hardware Monitor registers different temps to Real-Temp 3.60

Which is more accurate?

60*C on Real-Temp is 50*C on CPUID

The temps realtemp is reporting seem more like the actual temps you could expect running that voltage and clock speed. I would say realtemp is right, but I don't think that's a broad statement. Could be that hardware monitor doesn't have the right info about your motherboard or something.
