Remove a HP motherboard

Hello, i'm trying to remove a HP motherboard, and i removed 7 screws, but there a last one, at the upper right, which looks like unremovable. It's smaller than the others. Any help ?

It would help to have a model number ot work with... did you look in the service manual for whichever model it is? You can find the service manuals on HP's site (at least for business PC's it is very easy to find).

Nevermind, it wasnt a screw, i've called HP and they said only their machine could remove it, however, i've bended the black things inside, all the 4 sides, and i've pushed it and it popped out. Cannot be used again, whatever, my motherboard only has 7 screws now.
