Insufficient security rights

when i log in it says i could have corrupt insufficient profile or insufficient security rights i have tried everything to fix this not sure what else to do.. dont no if i need to reboot or actually how. sends me to a temporary file..

Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to remove a possible malware that's modified your security permissions

After that, restore your default security permissions following the instructions in the web article. If your XP version is Professional, use the Secedit instructions, or use the Subinacl instructions if your XP is Home Edition.
