I just bought a Powercolor HD 4870 1GB and a Thermaltake PSU 600W (W0121RU), I'm trying to run Half-Life 2 but it gives me terrible graphics glitches and sometimes it freezes and restars in a couple of seconds, any suggestions?

Motherboard: ECS MCP61PM-HM
Chipset: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
Processor: Athlon 64 X2 (W) 6000+ 3.0 GHz (89W)
Memory: 3GB
