I put togethor something right around what i would like to spend. I really want to know if this will work well togethor or if i should replace certain components. I will be running vista premium and upgrading to windows 7 in the future.

You do know that the EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR while it can do SLI it is 16x8. I would suggest you go with this board instead. Also I will try to use NewEgg Combo Deals, since it can save you additional money when buying the parts together.
