cpu:- Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz, Ram :- 256.

can ddr2 ram support my computer or what changes i want to do plz help me...

No, Your Motherboard only supports standard DDR RAM.

I would not recommend dumping ANY cash into your current system.
Instead, save it for a budget platform upgrade.
