Items on taskbar very hard to clck

Hollo there ! When I click anything on windows XP SP3 task bar, I have to do it several times (10 times) before it works. How can I mend this please ?? Tanks a lot TED MERA

Check all mouse settings in control panel.
If this just started to occur, simple solution is to Windows system restore to prior date when it was not happening.
