Win7 (32bit) compatible sound card

Is there a sound card and driver that is available and compatible with Win7 32bit system. Systemax Venture about 7 years old.

If there are no Vista drivers for your sound card, then I doubt you'll find compatible Windows 7 drivers. In any case, if you have a newer motherboard, you're better off relying on its built-in audio hardware.
