Need to post a bit more info like what the issue is, error messages, what you tried, etc...

If the drive you have is not readable, have you tried a recovery software like Recuva?

this is portable hard disk, showing i/o error. changed the cable also. no use.

tried on different computer and at the time of loading window not detecting that time.

If it's a portable drive, take it out of the case and try a direct connection to a computer. If that also is not seen, doubt you can do anything yourself to get data out of it, a professional data restore starts at a few hundred and goes up to thousands if they need to take the disk apart.
