  1. looks fine to me
  2. You have corsair ram and ocz ram in the list , but it should all be fine

The 1 OCZ Technology - OCZ500SXS RAM is the PSU (OCZ Technology OCZ500SXS 500W Stealth Xstream).
  4. Since games are discouraged for work computers, I'd eliminate the 9400GT and get a mobo with integrated graphics. They will work fine for PS. You spec'd out $592 for the CPU/GPU/Mobo/Ram.

Here's a few combinations that would work and their total prices using scorpion.com:

    Q8400/G41 mobo/DDR2 ram = $$443

    or

    AMD 810/785G ddr2 mobo/DDR2 ram = 449

For a better upgradable system if needed:
    AMD 810/790gx ddr3 mobo/4gigs ddr3 ram = $579

If you want a faster CPU, then there's this:
    AMD 955/785G mobo DDR2/DDR2 ram = 559 (cheaper by $33 than a Q8400/9400GT/P45)

    Or the gusto
    AMD 955/790GX ddr3 mobo/DDR3 ram = $689
  5. Thanks for your help everyone ill probably go with
the Q8400/G41 mobo/DDR2 ram cheers skora

    thanks
