Hello guys,

I have a question. I currently own a HD4850 512MB and would like to know if it is viable to purchase another to run in crossfire. I have a 24" monitor and can play at 1920x1080 full HD. I play many games, including the latest ones and am quite updated as well (in terms of gaming). I can imagine a price drop for the 48xx series when 5xxx series comes out so I am actually in need of a good recommendation from you guys. Should I get another 4850 or move on to 5 series? I don't have a fixed budget for now.

Also, my rig shouldn't bottleneck the cards in crossfire. I have e7400 running at 3.5GHz.

It really depends on how much you get the 4850 for. If you find it for $100 or less then go for it.

Thanks guys. Well, it is pretty cheap right now and I expect prices to go down even further when the 5-series rolls out. Kudos
