Low Profile card for 2 monitor setup

I have gtwy sx-2800, want to use 2 monitors 20 to 22 in.
(1) Can anyone recommend good card for this? Or will the stock graphics work?
(2) Will I need to upgrade the power supply? (stock is 220w) If so, any recommendation?
