Texture pop-ups in games after OC !!!

So as the title says i have an ATi 4830 and i had overclocked a little bit higher from stock clocks and i have played all games without any graphics issues but yesterday i re-formated my pc with windows 7 and i already have installed the latest catalyst driver which is 11.9 so now when i play crysis 1 and crysis 2 too even at very high settings i can see some texture pop ups while im moving and im still worrying now it is my graphics card broken from overclocking or it is from re-installing of windows 7? thanks for any answer!

Are you still having your problem? What Overclocking tool are you using to OC your GPU?

So you've formatted and in your new install, you did not overclock. And it acts like flickering, studdering and perhabs artifacts?
