Should I disable Superfetch & Ready boost even though I still have 2 secondary HDD's on Win7 64?

My main drive is SSD and trim is enabled and running with intel toolbox.

Hello,
Windows 7 Inside/Out states SuperFetch, ReadyBoost, and Defrag are automatically turned off for an SSD when it is installed in a Windows 7 system.
