GTS250 on Intel DG965WH

I have an 8600GT and planning to upgrade to GTS250. My mobo is Intel DG965WH. So the question is will this card run properly on my mobo??? Though wikipedia says PCIe 2.0 is backwards compatible and will not be a problem for PCIe 1 (as is in my mobo)....i am still confused what to do....

Get the card, it'll run perfectly (as long as you have a good enough PSU).
As an example, my own MB uses the 965 chipset and PCI-E 1.0 (or 1.1 I can't remember) and it runs a HD4870 just fine.
