Solved SetFSB Tags: CPUs Overclocking Last response: November 6, 2011 2:07 PM in Overclocking Share Patrickoby1 October 26, 2011 8:03:49 PM I have a Gateway FX6800-01e: MOBO: X58 Express Chipset CPU: Intel i7 920 - 2.67 GHz PSU: Antec Earthwatts 750W GPU: ATI Radeon 4850 (1GB) RAM: 9GB DDR3 1033MHz HDD: 500GB Caviar (Green or blue?) I have the program setFSB set to 37/760, and 380/760, and CPUZ reads it as 2991MHz, but core temp reads it at around 2300 - 2600 MHz(changes frequently) Are the changes legit? or is CPUZ wrong?
