start-->control panel-->system-->advanced-->startup and recovery-->settings-->disable auto restart under system failure section. If you're getting a BSOD, this will allow you to see it.

Download memtest to check your RAM.

start-->run-->chkdsk /r <--that will scan your hard drive for any errors and try to fix them.

That's a bug check error.

Go to Control Panel-->Adminstrative Tools-->Event Viewer-->System-->Look for the errors (red X) and paste the info.

A BSOD is a blue screen of death. It's a blue screen that shows up when a computer crashes. Based on your BCCode, I don't believe you're getting a BSOD though.

If memtest runs for 7 or 8 hours with no errors, your RAM is good.

Good to hear things are running well. If you want to test your system's performance, passmark is a good software.

some other kinds of errors are also coming up
a screen with green display with vertical lines
a screen with error report saying windows has been shut down to prevent damages...... if you have seen this befor makesure all the hardware is correctly install...
i think ram is just fine there is no error report from mem test
how to check my system is stable or not after overclocking or unlocking core

You probably don't want to upgrade the video BIOS. It can be done, but it's not likely necessary.

Yes, you can do a fresh install with the video card attached.

Have you tried running in safe mode? The windows default video drivers will run in safe mode. If the problem doesn't occur there, it's likely your driver.
