PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Speakers, keyboard, monitor, mouse
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg, Amazon

PARTS PREFERENCES: Prefer ATI graphics card to Nvidia

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe later SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe Crossfire later

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1280x1024, but may get a bigger monitor later
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Appearance of case does not matter. Would like the computer to be upgradeable and decent for as long as possible. Going Vista 64-bit.

Thank you; I saw the board said AM3/AM2+/AM2 and thought that meant it could take DDR3. Changed the original post.
I think I'd like to overdo it a little with the graphics card because I'd like to upgrade my monitor.
Anyone have other thoughts?
