SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, Photoshop/InDesign, School work

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Speakers, keyboard, monitor, mouse

PARTS PREFERENCES: Prefer ATI graphics card to Nvidia

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe later SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe Crossfire later

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1280x1024, but may get a bigger monitor later
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Appearance of case does not matter. Would like the computer to be upgradeable and decent for as long as possible. Going Vista 64-bit.

I've browsed some other builds and come up with a list. Suggestions are appreciated!
Also, can someone please confirm that I have everything I'll need to build a computer (Arctic paste, operating system install, etc...)

Thank you; I saw the board said AM3/AM2+/AM2 and thought that meant it could take DDR3. Changed the original post.
I think I'd like to overdo it a little with the graphics card because I'd like to upgrade my monitor.
Anyone have other thoughts?

Planning on ordering tonight... does everything look good?
