Hello,
how do I permanently change the file display format on my removable disk from 'tiles' to 'list'?
I have a default 'list' format on 'my documents', but whether I managed to change this myself, I can't remember.

Make Folder View and Sort by settings default with some simple steps

1.Open Windows Explorer and right click to set Folder View and Sort by as per your choice

2.Press alt to unhide the Toolbar and click Tools and Select Folder Options or click Organize and Select Folder and Search Options

3.Now you will see Folder Options, click Apply To Folders

4.After click on Apply to Folders a message will pop up so just select Yes

5.Click on OK on Folder View page and you are done with make Folder View and Sort by settings default
