Help - Need Quiet CPU cooler for 955BE

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I have an AMD 955 BE processor in a ASRock micro ATX M3A785GMH/128M in a Cooler Master Elite 341 mini tower case and the Coolermaster Hyper 212 CPU cooler noise is driving me crazy!

The 95BE is modestly over clocked to 3.4Ghz and under full load the temp is at 58C. At Idle the temp is 35C, so I think the cooler is doing it's job. This rig is about a couple of months old. The CPU cooler in there is so noisy that it even drowns out the noise from my second box sitting just inches away. I'm ready for a quieter experience.

Initially, I thought the excessive noise was coming from the graphic card fan (XFX 4770), but when I stopped the cooler fan the overall noise was quite acceptable and I concluded that the cooler fan was, by far, the noisiest fan in the box and that I need a new CPU cooler that can fit in the small Elite 341 case I have.

I appreciate your suggestions for a quiet CPU cooler for this rig. Thanks!
