WD Green HDD issues ICP

I need to know if WD Green 2TB (WD20EARS)are compatible with Adaptec ICP 5165BR.

The WD20EARS is a standard SATA drive - you should have no problems using it with any standard SATA controller and drivers.

I had a lots of issues and I was thinking about issues compatibility.
Maybe because TLER is not enabled? I did RAID 50 and after few times in last 2 weeks one or two different HDD are out and the RAID was degraded.

The big issue is that the EARS drives use 4k sectors, so you'll get lousy performance from unaligned writes, I'm not aware of problems other than that. They don't support TLER.

Yes, I know about this, I will try with WDIDEL3.EXE tool to change LLC .
