What is a better waterblock?

And was wondering what is a better waterblock out of these two? Also will they fit on the GPU?

AFAIK, neither of those blocks will work on that GPU. The first one is for custom Asus cards, and the second is for reference designs, which the Lightning is not. I don't believe there is a full-cover block for the Lightning, but you could get a universal block with a unisink or small VRAM heatsinks.

EDIT: Go to this site, and type in "MSI GTX 580 Lightning" and you'll see that there are no full cover blocks made by EK, but several universal blocks that will work: http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/step1
