How to block working offline

HI; For some unknown reason---everytime I attempt to use my PC today I can't even get started,because I get "you are working offlile. I correct it,but it goes right back to doing th same thing!!!! HELP PLEASE!!! Skydancefk@aim.com

You mean your browser is working offline? That means you network connection is not working, and you need to correct that.
